NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the INVERNESS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT, Arapahoe and Douglas County, Colorado is scheduled for THURSDAY, February 5, 2026 at 3:00 pm at 58 Inverness Drive East, Suite 100, Englewood, CO.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed change in the water and sewer service and usage fees for INVERNESS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT was approved at the December 4, 2025 meeting of the Board of Directors of the Inverness Water and Sanitation District. The Board unanimously approved an increase in the water service base and usage rates; the sewer service base and usage rates to be effective January 1, 2026.
